Learning Care Group is hiring an Assistant Director to oversee the safe, effective operation of the school alongside the School Director. In the Director’s absence, you will assume sole responsibility for the site and support the development of children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth.

You will lead with accountability, foster a caring environment for children and families, and recruit and retain a strong team dedicated to educational excellence.

Qualificações

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Leadership experience in licensed childcare.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Meets state education requirements for center.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure the school operates safely and effectively with the School Director.
• In the Director's absence, assume sole responsibility for the school.
• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children.
• Recruit, train, and retain quality staff.
