You will help promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children in a supportive setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• At least 2 years of Assistant Director experience in a licensed childcare facility.
• Associates in ECE or related field is preferred.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the school operates in accordance with company and state licensing standards.
• Foster an educational, caring, safe environment for the children and parents.
• Promote growth of children's social, physical, and intellectual development.
• In Director's absence, assume sole responsibility for the school.
• Recruit, select, and retain quality staff.
• Help achieve profitability for the company.
