Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring an Assistant Director to oversee the safe, effective operation of the school with the School Director. In the Director’s absence, you will assume sole responsibility for the school and support the growth of children socially, physically, and intellectually.

You will lead staffing efforts, ensure licensing standards are met, and contribute to a positive, educational environment for families. A pathway for professional growth and competitive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.
• Associates in Early Childhood Education or Bachelors required in another field with the 90 documented hours of classroom experience with Infants to School-age.
