Qualifications

• Master’s degree or related field required with university experience.
• Experience planning, implementing, and evaluating programs and events.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support development, coordination, and assessment of transition and first-year programs for new students.
• Lead Your First Year (YFY) program development and marketing initiatives.
• Develop strategic campus partnerships to enhance transition support and student success.

Education

Master’s degree in higher education administration

Bachelor’s degree in related field + experience
