Qualifications

• Master’s degree required with supervisory experience and budget management.
• PhD/Doctorate preferred in any field.
• Experience leading first-year, transition programs or student success initiatives.
• Experience with enrollment management systems and student tracking software.
• Experience advising, mentoring, or coaching students.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the FYE program.
• Oversee faculty recruitment, course scheduling, enrollment management, and student tracking.
• Monitor early alert interventions and budget oversight for FYE initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional partnerships to promote first-year student success.
• Develop and assess transition programs for additional student populations.
