As a key member of the recreation team, you will schedule staff, coordinate events, monitor equipment, and assist with budgeting and inventory.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in recreation management or resort operations.
• Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
• Excellent guest service and communication with adults, children, and groups in a high-activity environment.
• Ability to coordinate activities while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• CPR/First Aid certification is highly beneficial.
• Proficiency with scheduling and basic office software.
• Associate or bachelor0s degree in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee poolside programming, beach and water sports, and kids’ camp events.
• Schedule staff and supervise frontline recreation staff.
• Coordinate with other departments for events and group needs.
• Monitor equipment and facility conditions for safety and quality.
• Plan seasonal initiatives and track participation and performance.
• Support budget and inventory management for recreation operations.
