Job summary

Omni Amelia Island Resort & Spa is seeking an Outdoor Activities Supervisor to organize and oversee the execution of outdoor activities under the direction of the Director of Recreation. The role requires coordinating scheduling, ensuring high-quality guest experiences, and driving event-related revenue on property.

Qualified candidates will be at least 18 years old, have a valid driver’s license, CPR/AED and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain), and be able to work weekends,

Responsibilities

• Communicate daily events, hours, and resort/activity information to guests and staff.
• Collaborate with Director of Recreation to drive revenue and ensure quality of offerings.
• Direct and supervise Outdoor Activities staff to align with the resort vision.
• Create and update SOPs for all activities.
• Oversee all Outdoor Activities and equipment; ensure safety and maintenance.
