Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
  • 2–5 years in nonprofit management, development, alumni relations, marketing, or related field.
  • Experience with donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement a coordinated fundraising strategy for alumni and leadership gift prospects.
  • Manage a portfolio to meet annual goals: visits, solicitations, proposals, and gifts.
  • Develop cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship plans for donors over multi-year pledges.
  • Collaborate with Advancement colleagues to support outreach and events.
  • Record activity and produce timely reports in the donor database.
  • Represent giving priorities and initiatives to prospects and donors.
  • Participate in meetings, strategy sessions, and campus events as required.
  • Seek professional development and build networks within the University.
