Job summary

Loyola University Chicago is seeking an Associate Director of School Engagement & Giving at its Chicago-Water Tower Campus. This role develops and implements school-based alumni engagement and philanthropic giving strategies across designated colleges, serving as a strategic partner to leadership to deepen affinity and increase giving participation.

5+ years of professional experience.
Bachelor’s Degree required.
Proven track record in alumni/donor engagement or fundraising.
Understanding of Loyola University Chicago or Jesuit schools.

Responsibilities

Support the implementation of the school-based alumni engagement and giving strategy.
Collaborate with Schools/Colleges Development team to identify and cultivate prospects.
Lead planning and execution of school-based engagement events and donor activities.
Coordinate with University Advancement teams to ensure consistent messaging.
Engage advisory boards, alumni councils, and volunteer networks for involvement.
Analyze engagement and giving data to inform strategy and growth.
Manage multiple projects with timelines, budgets, and communications plans.
Monitor KPIs and report insights to leadership.
