Job summary

Loyola University Chicago is seeking an Associate Director of School Engagement & Giving to design and drive a comprehensive alumni engagement and philanthropy program for designated academic units. You will partner with college and school leaders to deepen alumni affinity, expand volunteer networks, and increase philanthropic participation across the donor pipeline.

The role requires a track record in alumni engagement and fundraising, with a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience.
Bachelor’s Degree required.
Track record with alumni/donor engagement, fundraising, and/or volunteer management.
Understanding of Loyola University Chicago and/or other Jesuit schools.

Responsibilities

Support the implementation of the university’s school-based alumni engagement and philanthropic giving strategy.
Collaborate with Schools/Colleges Development to identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward alumni and donor prospects.
Lead planning and execution of school-based engagement events and donor cultivation activities.
Partner with colleagues across University Advancement to ensure coordinated outreach and consistent messaging.
Grow engagement and philanthropic involvement through boards, councils, and volunteer networks.
Analyze engagement and giving data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
