Qualifications

• College or university degree required.
• 2–5 years of related work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in nonprofit management, alumni relations, marketing or similar field helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for Volunteer Experience team and Women’s Board activities.
• Manage membership operations and data with attention to accuracy.
• Maintain proactive relationships with board members via phone, email, and events.
• Assist in planning and executing volunteer programs and donor engagement initiatives.
• Generate reports and analyze data to inform decisions.
