Job summary

Loyola University Chicago seeks an Associate Director of School Giving & Engagement to lead a comprehensive school-based alumni engagement and philanthropic giving strategy. The role partners with college leadership to deepen alumni affinity and increase participation across designated units.

You will collaborate with multiple advancement teams, design engagement events, manage volunteer networks, and analyze data to guide program improvements. Hybrid work is offered with in-person engagements.

Qualifications

Track record with alumni/donor engagement, fundraising, and/or volunteer management.
Understanding of Loyola University Chicago and/or other Jesuit schools.

Responsibilities

Support the implementation of the school-based alumni engagement and philanthropic giving strategy to increase participation.
Collaborate with Schools/Colleges Development to identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward alumni and donor prospects.
Lead planning and execution of school-based engagement events, volunteer opportunities, and donor cultivation activities.
Partner with University Advancement teams to ensure coordinated outreach and consistent messaging.
Engage advisory boards, alumni councils, and volunteer networks to grow involvement.
Analyze engagement data to assess event effectiveness and identify trends for growth.
Manage multiple projects with timelines, budgets, and communications strategies.
Monitor and report on KPIs and provide strategic insights to leadership.
