Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 1–3 years of related experience.
• Strong understanding of databases and reporting tools.
• Experience with budgeting and internal controls.
• Customer service focus and ability to serve diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to align service delivery with university processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure system integrity through report reconciliation and analysis.
• Support web-based Husky Card transactions.
• Train departments to access and use reporting tools.
• Oversee devices connected to the Husky Card database on/off campus.
• Expand Husky Card usage across services.
