Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, Pivot Tables) and data visualization experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary user and administrator of StarRez for Brown University Housing Operations.
• Ensure operational integrity and workflow efficiency for graduate housing and the housing lottery processes.
• Assist with placement for 3,100+ students and academic year general housing selection.
• Provide technical backing for selection cycles and integration with billing and campus databases.
• Collaborate with the Associate Director, Residential Operations to support special housing processes.
