Zusammenfassung

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking an Assistant Director Housekeeping OEM to lead the entire Housekeeping Department across rooms, public areas, laundry and back-of-house functions. You will work closely with the Director to uphold Aimbridge Hospitality standards and manage overtime for OEM associates.

The role requires strong leadership, financial awareness and the ability to perform under pressure to maintain guest satisfaction and safety protocols.

Qualifikationen

• Progressive hotel experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Ability to convey information clearly and manage stressful situations.
• Knowledge of financials and guest privacy practices.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations and oversee rooms, public areas, laundry and related areas.
• Collaborate with Director Housekeeping to ensure brand standards are met.
• Manage workforce scheduling, training and performance reviews.
• Maintain safety, compliance and quality control throughout the department.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and operational metrics to drive service scores.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
