Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive hotel experience or equivalent.
• 2-year college degree with 3+ years of related experience, or 4-year degree with 1+ year.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be proficient with Windows OS and standard office software.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead housekeeping operations across rooms, public areas and laundry.
• Collaborate with Director Housekeeping to maintain standards.
• Ensure safe, efficient hotel operations per SOPs.
• Oversee scheduling and performance appraisals as needed.
• Maintain guest privacy and respond to incidents professionally.
