Rollins College in Winter Park, FL is seeking an Assistant Director of Alumni Engagement to support the Alumni Engagement Strategic Plan, with emphasis on Early Engagement and the Global Network. The role will build awareness and loyalty among current students and recent graduates, and help engage alumni outside the United States.

Key duties include developing programs for GOLD alumni, expanding the international alumni network, and managing the Rollins Brick Program to drive revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in higher-ed alumni engagement preferred.
• Event management skills and budgeting experience.
• Operations and relationship management with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and promote programming for GOLD alumni.
• Develop, deploy, and promote programming for senior students preparing for graduation.
• Identify opportunities to engage international students for Global Alumni Network.
