Job summary

Rollins College's Crummer Graduate School of Business seeks a service-oriented Associate Director of Admission to recruit for graduate programs and build enrollment pipelines. The role emphasizes external relationship building with colleges, alumni, chambers, and employers, while managing admissions operations and candidate communications.

Reporting to the Director of Admission, you will lead outreach, conduct interviews, render decisions, and travel for events to support enrollment goals across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college.
• Minimum of 5 years of higher education and/or admission experience.
• Possess a valid driver’s license, or ability to obtain a Florida driver's license within 30 days of accepting the job, and acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Preferred: Master’s Degree and Slate CRM experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute a data-driven recruitment strategy to attract diverse cohorts of graduate business students.
• Serve as the primary contact for prospective students and guide them through the admissions funnel.
• Process applications, conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and render admission decisions.
• Attend and represent Crummer at recruitment events, conferences, career fairs, and community partnerships.
• Collaborate with marketing to share trends and develop compelling messaging.
• Travel locally, regionally, and internationally as needed for recruitment.
