Job summary

The University of North Florida is seeking an Assistant Director of Gift Processing to lead the daily operations of the Gift Processing team, ensuring timely, accurate processing of charitable gifts. You will supervise staff, drive process improvements, and ensure IRS compliance while partnering with Advancement Operations.

In this role you will manage end-to-end gift processing, maintain donor records, and support audits with Raiser's Edge expertise.

Qualifications

Master's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience or Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience.
Equivalent combination of education and experience may satisfy requirements.
Experience with donor records, receipting, and compliance is preferred.
Strong knowledge of IRS regulations and CASE reporting standards.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily Gift Processing operations to ensure timely, accurate processing of gifts.
Direct and support staff with coaching, training, and performance management.
Manage end-to-end gift processing: receipting, acknowledgments, donor records, adjustments, pledges, EFT/ACH, Gifts-in-Kind.
Monitor workflow, assign priorities, and meet service standards and deadlines.
Reconcile gift activity monthly with Foundation Accounting and support year-end processing.
Provide Raiser's Edge support, troubleshooting, queries, and reports.
Assist with special projects within Advancement Operations.
