Job summary

The University of North Florida Board of Trustees is seeking an Assistant Director of Gift Processing to oversee daily gift processing operations in Advancement Operations. You will supervise staff, drive process improvements, and ensure accurate recording of charitable contributions in Raiser's Edge and related systems.

The role emphasizes compliance with IRS regulations, timely reporting for audits, and collaboration with Foundation Accounting to reconcile activity and finalize year-end

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, or 4+ years with equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Gift Processing operations to ensure timely, accurate processing of charitable gifts.
• Direct and coach the Gift Processing team, providing performance management and development.
• Manage end-to-end gift processing including receipting, acknowledgments, donor records, pledges, EFT/ACH, and Gifts-in-Kind.
