University of North Florida in Jacksonville seeks an Assistant Director of Gift Processing to lead the daily gift processing operations, ensuring accurate receipting and donor record maintenance. The role requires a Master’s degree or a Bachelor’s with several years of relevant experience, with expertise in Raiser's Edge and end-to-end gift processing.

The Assistant Director of Gift Processing is responsible for the daily management and oversight of gift processing operations to ensure the accurate, timely, and efficient processing of charitable contributions. This position supervises gift processing staff, supports continuous process improvement, maintains compliance with IRS regulations and industry standards, and serves as a key operational partner within Advancement Operations.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Master's and 2+ years of relevant experience or Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience. Or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219.
This position requires a background check. In conjunction with the University's policy, this position may also require a credit check.
