Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years in fundraising operations or financial capabilities.
• Experience with higher education or capital campaigns preferred.
• Demonstrated independent judgment and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee gift processing and donor data collection.
• Supervise four Electronic Gift Processing staff.
• Manage bank deposits and donor accounts.
• Coordinate with banks and ensure compliance with policies.
• Support financial reporting and processes.
