Job summary

College of the Holy Cross is seeking an Associate Director of Gifts, Records and Data Integrity to oversee gift accounting and biographical records, ensuring accuracy across alumni, parents, donors and other constituents. You will work with the Director of Prospect Development and Advancement Services to safeguard data integrity and support fundraising operations.

The role requires leadership of staff, collaboration across advancement teams, and a proactive approach to process improvement using

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in gift accounting and records management.
Minimum of 4 years of direct experience with relational databases.
Experience with Salesforce platforms or equivalent nonprofit CRMs, GiveCampus, HubSpot.
Experience in hiring, training, supervising and evaluating staff.
Strong leadership and collaboration skills with a team-based work environment.
Expert MS Excel skills and proficiency with MS Office.
Knowledge of IRS regulations for gift accounting and CASE standards.
Ability to solve problems using analytical thinking and data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

Oversee gift accounting and biographical records within the college’s database.
Collaborate with key advancement colleagues to analyze departmental information needs and their impact on data entry and workflow.
Other duties as assigned.
