Qualifications

• Master's degree (foreign equivalent or higher) required.
• Three years of full-time administrative experience in Higher Education and/or Secondary Education.
• Experience with programming, engagement, and residential curricula.
• Experience responding to crisis and/or early intervention.
• Experience in program coordination, including planning, implementation, and evaluation of student success initiatives.
• Experience working with diverse student populations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate residential success initiatives for first-year and living-learning communities.
• Train, supervise, develop, and evaluate programs and staff.
• Collaborate with campus partners to support educational missions through programming and student success.
• Develop experiential learning opportunities and a curriculum for living-learning students.
• Track outcomes, generate reports, and translate data into policy and practice.
