University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is seeking an Assistant Director of Financial Well-Being to lead the Center for Financial Well-Being. You will develop and supervise Peer Financial Coaches, build the coaching process, and partner with campus offices to connect students with resources.

• Build and oversee the coaching process from scheduling to follow-up and referrals, supervising Peer Financial Coaches.
• Train coaches in boundaries, active listening, motivational interviewing, and strengths-based practice; offer group and individual coaching on budgeting, debt management, saving, and SNAP resources.
• Serve as primary contact for referrals from the Dean of Students and Office of Scholarships and Student Aid; maintain resource guides on food, housing, and transportation.
• Track reach, engagement, and outcomes with metrics, surveys, and testimonials; prepare monthly, semester, and annual reports informing strategy and staffing.
• Plan and run outreach events and presentations for graduate, military-connected, veteran, and student-athlete communities.
• Build partnerships with student organizations, campus offices, and community groups; recruit, train, supervise, and mentor staff.
