QSL Management is seeking an Assistant Director of Maintenance for The Blake at Township in Ridgeland, MS. This full-time role requires working on-call and partnering closely with the Director of Maintenance to manage preventative maintenance and daily operations at a senior living community.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, OSHA knowledge, construction-coordination experience, and a valid driver’s license. A competitive wage and strong benefits package are offered.

Aufgaben

• Follow preventative maintenance program as directed by the Director of Facility Management.
• Maintain clean, safe, and presentable building and grounds for residents and visitors.
• Provide accurate maintenance records for systems and equipment (sprinkler, extinguishers, generator, HVAC, etc.).
• Assist new residents with move-in tasks during admissions and discharges.
