Blake at Township is seeking an Assistant Director of Maintenance to work on call and to assist the Director of Maintenance in managing day-to-day facilities tasks at our senior living community. The role focuses on leading preventative maintenance, safety compliance, and ensuring a clean, welcoming environment for residents and visitors.

The position requires hands-on leadership, efficient time management, and coordination of repairs and inspections across building systems.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of OSHA compliance and laws.
• Experience coordinating building repairs and construction work.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Follows preventative maintenance program set forth by the Director of Facility Management, including routine inspections and readiness checks.
• Demonstrates effective time management to complete tasks within company timeframes.
• Keeps building and grounds clean, immaculate and appealing to residents, guests and prospects.
• Maintains accurate maintenance records for all systems and equipment (fire safety, elevator, HVAC, generator, etc.).
• Assists new residents and families with move-in tasks during admissions and discharges.
