Job summary

The Learning Experience #443 in Hampton, GA is seeking an Assistant Center Director with daycare or preschool leadership experience to guide daily operations and staff development.

You will lead by example, ensure health and safety compliance, recruit and coach teachers, implement our curriculum, drive enrollment, and manage center finances.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of center leadership/management experience (highly preferred) or at least one year (required).
• Bachelor's degree in ECE or related field is highly preferred.
• Possess state Administrative or Director credential and knowledge of state licensing rules.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example with a positive, inclusive environment for children and staff.
• Ensure center health and safety standards and licensing compliance.
• Recruit, train, coach, and engage with current and prospective staff.
• Guide teachers in implementing the proprietary curriculum to deliver engaging learning experiences.
• Manage accounts receivable/payable, generate monthly P&L, oversee payroll, and drive enrollment growth.
• Organize community events and tours to raise awareness and enrollment.
