Only About Children Hampton is seeking an experienced Assistant Director to support the Campus Director and Educational Leader in creating a positive, high‑performing environment for children, families, and educators.

You will mentor educators, ensure safe, engaging days for children, and build warm relationships with families while embedding best practices in line with the NQF and The OAC Way.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in early childhood education.
• 2–3+ years of leadership in early learning.
• Strong knowledge of NQF, EYLF and CSS.

About The Role

As Assistant Director, you'll be the right-hand support to our Campus Director and Educational Leader - working together to create a positive, nurturing, and high-performing environment for children, families, and educators alike.

About You

• A Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care (or higher)


• 2–3+ years of leadership experience in an early learning setting


• Strong knowledge of the NQF, EYLF & CSS


• A supportive and proactive leadership style


• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and mentoring skills


• A full-time, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for what you do!
