Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in early childhood or elementary education is required.
• Experience in educational leadership or administration is preferred.
• Classroom teaching experience at the elementary or early childhood level.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director with daily operations and administrative duties.
• Provide guidance and feedback to teachers and classroom assistants.
• Assist with lesson planning, curriculum development, and classroom organization.
• Oversee consistent classroom expectations and positive behavior strategies.
• Schedule staff, training, onboarding, and professional development.
• Represent the center in communications with families and community partners.
• Act as administrator when the Director is unavailable.
