Bright Horizons in Nashville is seeking a Child Care Assistant Director to lead daily operations, mentor teachers, and partner with families to deliver high-quality early childhood education. This role focuses on program quality, safety, and compliance while supporting a strong center environment.

You will collaborate with the Center Director, influence care standards, and help shape a center where children and teams thrive.

Qualifications

• Two years of leadership experience in high-quality child care settings.
• Strong knowledge of licensing, health, safety, and center quality standards.
• Associate degree or higher in early childhood education or related field; bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Bright Horizons mission and cultivate inclusive relationships with families, staff, and clients.
• Monitor program quality and ensure learning is documented and visible.
• Ensure licensing, accreditation, health and safety compliance, and company policies.
• Fulfill mandated reporter requirements per state agency.
