Chick-fil-A Burlington is seeking an Assistant Director / Director Front of House to coach team members with guest experience as the top priority. You’ll support Directors, train Senior Team Members for promotion, and uphold service, quality, cleanliness and safety standards.

You will lead by example, organize operations, and engage in guest-focused training initiatives while fostering a friendly, welcoming environment for both guests and team members.

Responsabilités

• Support operational directors in achieving goals on cost, quality and service.
• Uphold unit policies on service, food quality, cleanliness and safety.
• Shift financial accounting and reporting responsibilities as needed.
• Communicate effectively with directors about relevant information.
• Maintain Pathway certification and develop future leaders.
• Ensure proper rollout of new products and staff training.
• As needed, participate in team activities and inventory support.
• Coach and develop team to consistently exceed guest expectations.

Assistant Directors support the Directors by managing operational duties and fostering a culture of development to the team member level. Their primary goal is to ensure world class guest experiences and train qualified Senior Team Members to replace them for promotion.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• Basic computer proficiency
• Proven leadership experience
• ServSafe

Responsibilities:

• Support operational directors in accomplishing goals in Food Cost GAP, Quality, etc.
• Uphold all unit policies and procedures including but not limited to service, food quality, cleanliness and health code standards
• Shift financial accounting and reporting
• Communicate effectively with directors on relevant information
• Maintain certification in Pathway
• Develop future leaders
• Ensure new product rollouts and training are executed properly
• As needed: engage in team activities/events
• As needed: assist with inventory
