• Provide administrative oversight for Driver Services units, including the Special Operations, CDL Compliance, and Help Desk functions.
• Analyze operational performance, evaluate workflow effectiveness, and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with IT, leadership, and stakeholders to support statewide driver credentialing initiatives.
