Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and five years progressive related experience.

• Ability to coordinate with Driver Services leadership and IT partners.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate compliance activities and support operations for Driver Services.
• Lead modernization projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Analyze operational indicators and improve workflows.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with AAMVA, REAL ID, SAVE, FMCSA, CDLIS.
• Provide administrative oversight for Driver Services units.
