Fordham University is seeking an Assistant Director of Student Involvement for Commuter Student Services at the Lincoln Center campus. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in event planning, budget management, leadership, and student programming.
• Strong communication, presentation, and training abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask with competing priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Office suites.

Responsabilités

• Advises the Commuting Students Association to develop an active commuter student body and diverse programming.
• Supervises 8 Commuter First Year Mentors and a Student Coordinator.
• Leads signature programs like Commuter Appreciation Week and Resident/Commuter joint programs.
• Collaborates with the Director to enhance commuter retention using research-based strategies.
• Maintains Rams Involved CMS for group communications and events.
• Coordinates CSA meetings and supports large campus events.
• Builds partnerships to increase engagement and retention.
• Serves as conduct officer and ASP for conduct, Title IX, and CARE cases.
