Learning Care Group is seeking an Assistant Director to support the School Director in the safe, effective operation of the school and to promote the growth and well‑being of the children we serve.

The role emphasizes a caring, educational environment, recruiting and developing staff, and ensuring state licensing standards are met, with opportunities for growth through our Master Teacher Program.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of Assistant Director experience in a licensed child care facility.
• Associates Degree in ECE or related field is preferred.
• Must meet state requirements for education and center/school operation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the school is operated safely and effectively under the direction of the School Director.
• Promote social, physical, and intellectual growth of children.
• Recruit, develop, and supervise staff to maintain a high-quality learning environment.
