Learning Care Group is seeking an Assistant Director to support the safe, effective operation of the school alongside the School Director. In the Director’s absence, you will assume full responsibility for the campus and help advance the growth and development of children.

You will foster a caring, educational environment for families, recruit and retain high-quality staff, and help maintain compliance with licensing and center standards. A commitment to safety and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in ECE or related field is preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must meet state requirements for education and center requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe, effective operation of the school with the School Director.
• In the Director’s absence, assume sole responsibility for the school.
• Promote social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children.
