Key duties include promoting a safe, educational environment, recruiting and retaining staff, and ensuring adherence to licensing standards.

Qualifications

• Requires leadership experience in a licensed childcare setting.
• Must meet state education and center requirements.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
