Job summary

Learning Care Group in Utah is seeking an Assistant Director to ensure the safe, effective operation of the school in collaboration with the School Director. The role emphasizes leadership, program quality, and compliance with licensing standards across the center.

In the Director's absence, the Assistant Director takes sole responsibility while supporting children’s social, physical, and intellectual development and guiding staff performance to deliver quality care.

Qualifications

• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the school operates in accordance with company and state licensing standards.
• Foster an educational, caring, safe environment for children and parents.
• Promote the positive image of the company and recruit, select, and retain quality staff.
• Help achieve profitability for the company.
