Learning Care Group is seeking an Assistant Director to help oversee the safe, effective operation of the school in partnership with the School Director. You will promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of children and lead staff to create a caring, educational environment.

Accountable for licensing compliance, staff recruitment, and delivering a positive workplace culture focused on growth and community service.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience in a licensed childcare facility.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe, effective operation of the school with the School Director.
• Promote social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children.
• Recruit, select, and retain quality staff.
• Support profitability and positive image of Learning Care Group.
