Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Two years of experience in career services, or in a directly related service environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a career advisor to students across Stockton, Sacramento and San Francisco campuses.
• Provide guidance on career exploration, planning, internships, resumes, cover letters and graduate school.
• Plan and execute career programs, events and activities (career fairs, mock interviews, site visits).
• Raise awareness of postings and career resources to students and employers, including social media outreach.
• Deliver classroom presentations and workshops on career development.
• Assist as co-instructor for the Career Search Essentials course as needed.
• Maintain trends on job market and share insights with colleagues and students.
• Develop relationships with campus departments, student organizations and external partners.
• Create communications and content for Career Services website, social channels, and publications.
• Promote Career Services programs and events; perform other duties as assigned.
