Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience in higher education administration, counseling, student affairs, or a combination of education and related experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads and directs the development of unit policies, procedures, and programs related to the Student Code of Conduct and student ethical development.
• Oversees the student conduct review (adjudication) process for all matters referred to the department, including hearings and appeals.
• Implements adjudication processes ensuring compliance with mandates and training of conduct board members.
• Develops prevention and education programming for high‑risk behaviors under Title IX, Clery Act, and related regulations.
• Provides prevention, ongoing education, and intervention programs to foster a safe campus environment.
• Evaluates program impact, reports biweekly to the AVP, and collaborates with campus stakeholders to advance student success.
