Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and relevant program experience required.
• Firm working knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures.
• Not responsible for supervising employees.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily Guest Services Desk operations, including trainings and scheduling for student staff.
• Coordinate and assist with reservation requests, venue inquiries and client questions.
• Supervise and train student staff; develop trainings on 25Live and policies.
• Help build campus partnerships to expand reservations and events.
• Support departmental committees, planning and assessment efforts.
