Job summary

The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Kenan-Flagler Business School seeks an Assistant Director of Alumni Programs to lead the 100 Women in Business network and support fundraising and alumni engagement efforts. This role reports to the Executive Director, Leadership Giving and Engagement, and serves as the frontline liaison for alumni relations.

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with 0–2 years’ experience or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Willingness to travel and work some nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the 100 Women in Business program and the School’s class connectors initiative.
• Cultivate philanthropy and alumni engagement to support fundraising goals.
• Recruit, train, and supervise class connector volunteers; execute visits and discovery calls.
• Collaborate with Directors of Development and Advancement team to pass leads and grow alumni pipeline.
