The UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School is seeking an Assistant Director of Alumni Programs to be a part of a successful and dynamic Advancement team and assist in the overall development goals of the School. Reporting to the Executive Director, Leadership Giving and Engagement, this position is the frontline liaison with 100 Women at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, a unique network of alumni, friends, and external partners. The Assistant Director of Alumni Programs will be primarily focused on directly soliciting and tracking giving related to 100 Women in Business and overseeing the School's class connectors program. This role will require instruction, program development, management and support. It will be responsible for follow through and appropriate execution of initiatives for the benefit of the School. The Assistant Director will cultivate a culture of philanthropy among the 100 Women in Business program, supporting the growth and development of an alumni pipeline amongst the program. The Assistant Director will conduct visits and discovery calls on behalf of Advancement, passing leads on to the appropriate Directors of Development. The Assistant Director will recruit, train, and manage class connector volunteers to engage fellow alumni, encourage attendance at signature events and support the School's fundraising and alumni relations efforts as appropriate.

Willingness to travel and work some nights and weekends is required.
Experience in a higher educational environment is highly preferred.
