Job summary

The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is seeking an Assistant Director of Alumni Programs to support the Kenan-Flagler School's advancement goals. You will lead the 100 Women in Business initiative, recruit volunteers, and coordinate class connectors to strengthen alumni engagement and fundraising.

Reporting to the Executive Director, you will cultivate philanthropy and manage relationships with alumni and external partners, while supporting events and program development.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree and 0-2 years' experience, or a combination of related education and experience.
• Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel and work some nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Directly solicit and track giving for 100 Women in Business and oversee class connectors program.
• Recruit, train, and manage class connector volunteers to engage alumni and support events.
• Cultivate philanthropy within the alumni network and pass leads to Directors of Development.
