Job summary

EnrichEd in Lincoln, RI seeks an Assistant Director to lead a Before and After School site. You will supervise staff, plan and implement curriculum, and partner with school faculty to provide a safe, educational environment.

You will support students’ social, emotional, and academic development, assist with accreditation efforts, and use an electronic daily tracking app. The role includes meetings and trainings and offers a stable, full‑time schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Associate’s degree OR college credits in related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Child Development, Human Services, Recreation or related field preferred.
• We will train the right person and offer opportunities to gain a degree or college credits!
• Experience working with children in a group setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervision and program planning for children and administrative paperwork.
• Create and implement curriculum.
• Support students’ social, emotional, cognitive, and academic development; promote health and safety.
• Partner with school faculty to provide a safe, educational learning environment.
• Use an electronic daily tracking app.
• Assist with accreditation processes and quality initiatives.
• Engage with children through games and activities.
