EnrichEd in Lincoln, Rhode Island, is seeking a Teacher’s Assistant to join our school-age program. The role supports students’ development, helps with homework, and collaborates with teachers to maintain a positive learning environment.

We offer full-time or part-time positions with a consistent schedule and benefits. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and comfortable using a daily tracking app; CPR/First Aid is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) or higher.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Experience working with children.
• Warm and friendly demeanor with strong communication skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Organized and able to multitask; team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with homework and school projects.
• Support social, emotional, cognitive, and academic development.
• Partner with school faculty and staff to maintain a safe and educational environment.
• Utilize daily tracking app to document activities and progress.
• Assist with accreditation and quality initiatives.
• Engage in games and activities to foster learning and fun.
