Job summary

EnrichEd in Lincoln, RI seeks a Site Director/Operational Administrator to lead a Before and After School program. You will oversee supervision, program planning, and administrative tasks while ensuring a safe, welcoming space for children.

You’ll collaborate with school staff, support students’ development, assist with accreditation and quality initiatives, and engage families. This full-time role involves scheduling meetings and trainings as needed, with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Associate’s degree OR college credits in related field required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Child Development, Human Services, Recreation or related field preferred.
• We will train the right person and offer opportunities to gain a degree or college credits!

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, healthy, structured, welcoming space for children and families.
• Oversee supervision and program planning, including administrative paperwork.
• Support students’ social, emotional, cognitive, and academic development.
• Inspire children to be lifelong learners and help with homework and school projects.
• Partner with school faculty and staff to maintain a safe and educational learning environment.
• Utilize an electronic daily tracking app to monitor activities and progress.
• Assist with accreditation processes and other quality initiatives.
• Engage children in games and fun activities.
