The role focuses on defining strategy, managing portfolios, creating business cases, and delivering measurable savings while fostering leadership and governance across enterprise.

Hybrid role with relocation preference; strong executive collaboration is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, Nursing, Pharmacy, Finance, or related field required.
• MBA/MHA/MPH or equivalent master’s degree preferred.
• Eight+ years of leadership in healthcare with five+ years leading large cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience delivering affordability, cost management, or value-based care programs.
• Experience building business cases and managing enterprise portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end affordability initiatives across multiple levers with cross-functional teams.
• Define strategy, governance, and portfolio management to deliver measurable savings.
• Develop business cases, sizing, and KPIs; monitor performance and value realization.
• Partner with Finance, Actuarial, IT, and clinical leaders to execute initiatives with accountability.
